We seek to ensure the highest possible impact of each of our interventions. In close cooperation with the client, the content and methods most suitable to the needs and expectations of the client and the participants are carefully chosen and customized. The post-program evaluation contains participants feedback summary, interpretation of the gathered data, and recommendations for further development.

Every adventure is an adventure of the mind

Our method is a unique combination of training and consulting approaches, based on vast international experience and extensive insight in the fields of soft skills training, HR consulting, management training, and organizational development. The principles of experiential learning are underlying all our interventions and are consistently being applied in both the „classic“ outdoor experiential courses as well as in indoor trainings in conjunction with other relevant tools. Thus within one project, depending on the request details, you may experience an interactive psychodiagnostic seminar (illustrating the connection between different personality types and specific communication styles, enlightening natural preferences based on these and fostering better understanding of oneself as well as the others) and subsequently face a challenge of an adrenalin-packed outdoor event (e.g. High Ropes Course), whereby all the knowledge and skills previously obtained will be put to the test under physically and emotionally highly demanding circumstances.

We play games the way we „play“ life

Reflexive behavior patterns, automatically used by individuals as well as whole teams, can become the greatest obstacles to utilizing the full potential of leaders, teams and whole organizations at times of new challenges / change / pressure / crisis. In our programs, we reflect on this fact and guide, stimulate and provoke participants to increase their awareness of the impact their behavior and actions have on others, the team and the bottom line – the result. The set-up of all activities used enables the participants to see clearly the roles they (often unknowingly) play and to „catch themselves being themselves“. The (physically and emotionally) safe environment we always see to maintain further encourages the participants to step out of their „comfort zone“, receive direct feedback, explore and test their currently experienced limits and try to exceed them. It is an opportunity to experiment, play and gain priceless learnings about oneself and others.

The better I understand myself, the better I can understand others

Through a personal hands-on experience, participants are guided to self-discovery, responsibility, openness and proactivity. It is left up to each participant to determine the level of his/her participation in a given activity; it is however expected that the participants make a conscious decision and take the responsibility for it – complying with the „challenge by choice“ principle.
