Experience
We are one of the industry leaders in the country. As we feel the importance of establishing broader basis of the industry, we are actively involved in many professional organizations and cooperate with leading practicioners from various fields of expertise. We are members of the European Consortium for the Learning Organisation (ECLO), Czech Society for Human Resources Development (ČSRLZ) and founding members of the Czech and Slovak Association for Experiential Learning (CSAEL). Thanks to our co-operation with some of the big names of world business, vast international experience as well as various expertise and professional backgrounds of our staff, we keep our programs at the cutting-edge by bringing in innovation and the latest trends from both the business world and academic soil.
History
Odyssey was founded in Prague in 2002 as a partner organization of Odyssey Teams Inc., worldwide industry leader since early 90's. In 2006, the alliance was transformed into a free partnership of two independent entities, mutually enriching each other's know-how and licensing us to deliver the unique Helping Odyssey™ products locally. To better stratify our portfolio and make it more accessible for our clients, we operate since 2005–2006 two separate divisions – Odyssey Consulting / Odyssey Teambuilding.
